Stephen,

You are only allowed to store a certain amount of messages. If you delete some old ones, you will be able to see the 'locked' new messages

This seems to be a problem sometimes... as I've also had this problem with RHP users in the past.

Perhaps if when you tried to open the new message Russ should change it to ask if you would like to delete some of the old messages.
