Of course it's not a rule, but it was said by someone very early in the thread, pointing out that a long-chain thread loses credibility if people lengthen it artificially by mass-posting.

Is it possible to break a rule that does not exist?

What if the rule is unwritten, more like a "rule of nature," but not really?

If the question is valid, does the question belong in the posers and puzzles forum? Or, maybe the spirituality forum? Possibly the debates forum?

What if a nonsensical posting about a rhetorical existential question actually turns out to be interesting? Is that a violation of a "no substance rule" that cannot exist because it would be substantive?

I forgot to avoid tautology. My bad.
