I'd take this approach, hate and bigotry = stupidity. Hence arguing with a bigot or fanatic hate monger is to argue with the stupid. Eviscerate them verbally as you would a stupid opponent in a Chess game. Great entertainment can be had by pitting the ignorant and the stupid against each other and/or, badger them with the always great line, "I fart in your general direction." <must be done in a faux french accent to be truly effective.>
