Yesterday,I lost yet another friend.Actually,it was more a friend of a friend,but still.This is the third friend I've lost through suicide.

Personally I think severe depression strikes a large percentae of the population. I strongly feel that suicide is NOT an easy way out... imagine being so depressed that taking your own life actually seems like a good option... a relief really... finally something you have control over. Your thinking gets horribly distorted by perceived short comings and failures.
Take care of yourself and honor your friends memory by taking to heart the good things he brought to your life.
