Fish, I prefer yellowtail flounder either stuffed or fried.
Chicken, can't beat the 11 garlic clove roasted chicken. I made this the other day and had to cook it at 350 rather than 375, so I put it in the oven an extra half hour.
My wife didn't time her twice baked potato correctly, so I left the bird in the oven an extra 20 mins or so.
Went to carve it, and all the meat just fell of the bones. It was juicy and tender, not dried. It was a very good 'mistake'.
