Fish, I prefer yellowtail flounder either stuffed or fried.

Chicken, can't beat the 11 garlic clove roasted chicken. I made this the other day and had to cook it at 350 rather than 375, so I put it in the oven an extra half hour.

My wife didn't time her twice baked potato correctly, so I left the bird in ...[text shortened]... ell of the bones. It was juicy and tender, not dried. It was a very good 'mistake'.

Very few foods I haven't acquired a taste for and learned to appreciate. Any given evening it usually comes down to tastes I'm in the mood for as well as which one widower's budget will support. Seafood favorites include swordfish, clam chowdah (with bacon), salmon caught in the wild, fresh cod and Maine Lobster. As to chicken/fowl, Rock Cornish Hens and "11 Garlic Clove Roasted Chicken Mistake" top the current list. What type of stuffing do you like with the 'yellowtail flounder'?

P.S. Ever try 'Boston Butt' smoked or in a crock pot?

Boston Butt... I'll need to google that. I love 'boiled dinner' AKA Corned Beef and Cabbage.

When my wife was a child she visited a friend for dinner. They had Cornish Hen for dinner. She went home and said, "MOM! They are so rich we each got our own chicken for dinner"!

No bacon in the chowdah! 😠

I just don't like Salmon, unless it is smoked.

Lobster is good, but having worked in a lobster distributor eating lobster became the equivalent of eating hot dogs some 20 years back. I'm over that now and enjoying them again. I saw so many lobsters, blue ones, albino, tiger stripes, 40 pounders, etc. Many of those were donated to Mystic or Boston aquariums.
