Has anybody else seen Morgan Spurlock's documentary film, Super Size Me yet? For those of you who aren't familiar with it, Mr. Spurlock shines a spotlight on America's fast food culture and obescity problem by eating nothing but McDonald's three times a day, every day, for a month. The results for him are nearly disastrous. Is it good science? Maybe not. Is it an extremely entertaining bit of social commentary? Yes, absolutely. Even if you don't agree with all of Spurlock's conclusions, you'll be highly entertained, and you'll definitely never look at that Big Mac the same way again. I give it a big two thumbs up.
As he points out at the end of the film, Detroit is now America's fattest city. Woo hoo, go Detroit!
