Sometime I'll keep a copy and paste of the reasons why, but without going into these again:
cheating accusations are not welcome in the forums. If you suspect a user of cheating please take it up with the game moderation team (find them in the volunteers section of the site map). Even if it's really obvious that someone is cheating please keep it off teh forums as allowing one accusation to stand will only encourage more, less well founded accusations.

yep, which is why I'm discussing writing a set of basic (not all encompasing) forum rules which will include the ones on swearing & cheating accusations. People won't read them of course...
