Any good recipes?

I likes the Swiss Chard with the red stems. I likes to stuff an egg white and tofu omelet with the red stemmed Swish Chard. I think my recipe is the best.

I remember as kids we would eat it right out of the garden. Yes without washing it! 😉

Swiss chard be in the red beet family. I plants the seed in April and begin picking in May. I'm still picking it thru Nov. It sometimes lives thru the winter and sets seed in the Spring. I likes to steam it, add a warm hard boiled egg on it and drizzle it with garlic vinegar . Dagnabbit i likes Swiss Chard !
