Tank tops

General

I'm seriously considering buying myself a tank top. Not owned one since 1987 but have heard they are back in fashion. (Was told so by the milkman, so must be true, right?)

I'm going for green, naturally, but still in a quandary whether or not I can wear it with jeans. Fashion advice greatly appreciated (though obviously not from Robbie).

Have you been working out?

I think 'guns' are a requirement for men to wear a tank top.

I owned a Triumph TR4, British Racing Green. Went nice with Jean's tank top.

Splendid. Can I still purchase a tank top without a Triumph TR4? (I hope so).

Great Big Sage, you are my 'go to guy.'

I suddenly find myself adrift in a world of confusing fashion.

The tank top should not be skin tight, they have a 'bad rap' attached to them.

If you are 'well armed', a loose fitting tank top may be fashionable and well received, while subtly letting others know you are making no effort to show off your guns.

Tank top with jeans?
OK so long as you tuck it in.

Remember Northern Soul?

Had to google them, as I didn't personally exist in the 60's.
