Be compassionate. Even when someone is an idiot. Don't think you know more than everybody else. Think before speaking. Consider how you look to others - care about that, it matters at work. Don't dress like a slob. Care about the quality of your work. Don't be a work grump. Don't talk about yourself constantly. Don't be really smelly at work. Don't be a close-talker.
