The craze of being tattooed? I duno!
When I was a party goer there was spliffs, drink and maybe contact- but tattoos? No way! henna maybe.

if someone's got the gear, some people will end up with some ink in their skin. that's the way it's always been.

stupid kids probably just neglected aftercare.
