Im not so sure myself. From what I have seen of the Barmy Army - they are full to the brim of proffesional tossers, so Michael Vaughn should win the toss quite easily...
On a more serious note, apparently the wicket becomes flatter and easier to bat on the more it is used, I would therefore suggest that a team needs to win the toss and bowl first to have a good chance of taking the test.
Then again in sports, and the same applies to chess, anything can happen...
