Anyone have any thoughts about the lack of quality umpiring in the Ashes series? Anyone else think it is quite lopsided? Or am i just a sore loser?

I would care to wager a significant amount of money that you would not have been able to do a better job. Now get back to crying ENGLAND ROCK!

By the way, 12th man should come on when a player is injured, not when the bowlers feels like he needs a kip. Next you'll be pulling a Ranatunga on us whenever your batsmen feel a little tired.
Could you paint a big 'L' for loser on your avatar? Maybe add a bit of swelling somewhere to accentuate the 'soreness'.

Yes, i am a sore loser. I just really really hate seeing the Poms win. But you still wont win the series, Asutralia will take the Ashes, yet again.

How you boys going in football? Shite as usual?

PS. Was Kaspa out in the second test???
Open you eyes and you may see things a little less one sided, yes I agree there was an LBW decision that hawkeye showed would not have hit the stumps and maybe an inside edge on another...... but there were also 2 LBW decisions that went against England.

Bad decisions but in both directions....... live with it.

But hey your an australian you have excuses for everything when your sporting teams fail, all I hear is complaints. Hows the Tri-Nations going? Looking forward to a clean sweep of defeats? Bledisloe spending yet another year in New Zealand.......

Jones went off the field and didn't bowl for the rest of the game, sounds like a valid reason to use the 12th man to me........

Just more Aussie complaining.

The Poms deserved to win; our higher order batsmen were rubbish. Not unlike most of the posts in this thread, in fact.

You can join Ponting in disgrace and pay your subs to rhp (as a match fee fine for being RHP's newest and most silly aussie prize twat.

Just shut up when you lose and play better in the final test take a lesson in losing with pride from the SA's on Saturday. They played well and lost well too.

The Umpires do their best day in day out thank goodness they are immune to the press.

Yes, the last test will be a classic encounter. The Aussies will be stung by the loss and if McGrath is fit and plays, England will need to be at their very best to regain the Ashes. They will need to win the toss and bat for two days and two sessions to take the possibility of a win away from the determined Australians. If Australia win the toss they will bat first to put the poms under some pressure, something they have been unable to accomplish in this series.

Australian sportsmen on the back foot? Well I never!

BTW.
Don't ever try to bring that silly 'hawk eye' into a serious discussion again.

To tell you the truth, whether we lost or won, these ashes series has been an absolute jaffa display of cricket. I simply can't leave the telly. Jone's is a f*cking great bowler, i wish we had him on our side. And Flintoff is a legend, great bowler, great batter, and a great sport. Can't wait for the next game.
That's the spirit!

And Crowley: the day you aren't ready to jump in with the boot when Australia takes a fall, is the day I truly know that Australian sport has fallen for good.
