its a drawn position but your opponent refuses a draw and plays on needlessly but takes the full allotted time to move ie only moves every 3 days...
You inform your opponent by mail that you're going on vacation and u put ur vacation flag on and they still time u out!
Your opponent is in a hopelessly lost position but it never occurs to them to resign...for some reason they wanna play to the inevitable checkmate...or instead of resigning they just allow themselves to be timed out (is that a less of a loss?, Oh well I didn't really lose, I was timed out!?...hmmmm)
