Metallica won't end. It's just in a rough state compared to where it was back when He Who Shall Not Be Named was leader. They're rebuilding now and should be a pretty good clan with time, just not the insanely active dominant force that what's-his-face wanted them to be.

Maybe the leader should get some computer software to do the work for him when administering the clan.
Something like:
For every [my player] in challenge
{
if [my player] would like more more challenges then,
if [my player.rating] - [challengers player.rating] > 0 then
[Accept challenge score] = [Accept Challenge score] + 1.5
}
print "Accept Challenge is a better move than Decline Challenge by [Accept Challenge Score]"
Which would do the clan leaders thinking automatically for him, resulting in advice like "Accept Challenge is a better move than Decline Challenge by 3.25"
I think he could easily go from a sub standard clan leader to a Class A clan leader within a matter of months using the above algorithm.

Truly different times these days with the ole Metalhead clan
It was orginally put together for one purpose. Once that purpose was met, they kind of lost direction.
I think they will go through a little re-organization period and maybe some "clan soul searching", but will come back to be the powerhouse that once was.
