Agree. I have a brother-in-law who makes peanut butter and "Miracle Whip" sandwiches. As I always say, "don't knock it till ya try it", and I did. My advice to you is, succinctly, DON'T.

Jam is sickly sweet, marmalade is bitter-sweet. I prefer a bit of bite.
