One of the things I love about this business is the wide variety of people that you meet and how every day brings a new story into your lobby. 🙂
that stinks.
anything going on at the inn?
Originally posted by UncleAdamIf someone comes in while you're still on, I will do that. 😀
Tell the next guest that comes in there, that UncleAdam said "Hi" then tell me what that say😀
By the way, I forgot to mention it earlier, but thanks for the offer to help me with code. I was the "man" back in the days of DOS. A whiz kid that fell behind the times. I miss those days. Nonetheless, I still know a few good tricks that would stump you average PC hot shot today, he he. 😉

Of course coming from his mouth this sounded like 'mosh-pit', and the rest is history. This is just rumor and conjecture, however. If anyone out there has heard differently, I'd like to know.
yeah-but so few "moshers" (i.e. skaters) mosh-it's mainly goths!
Originally posted by geniusAnd for that matter, what's up with goths? I mean, hey, I dig the whole dark look thing if that's what you like, but running around with fake arse fangs telling peope you are a vampire and acting depressed despite the fact that they often come from some rich suburb? Come on! Some of those guys take it way too dang far to be healthy.

Earlier I was telling Adam about how in high school I was sort of "punk". Even I could discern that sometimes, just sometimes, a less than "punk" response to a situation was conducive to self preservation (example: when I cop pulls you over).

Originally posted by geniusAlright! It sounds like you have the right idea. Its good to be different and be yourself, but it's another thing entirely to be a crack head fool sputtering nonesense. Not just goths, but punks also and anyone else taking their image a bit too far. Like me, I may wear some fancy business wear to work and LOOK like the well to do business man, but I don't kid myself into thinking I'm a high roller. I remember that I got my stuff at Walmart and could only get it because it was on sale. 😉
