Well, to loose. In my next move, I'll check mate him. But he has my King in check, and as I move out of it, he checks me again, and offers me a draw. I told him I won't accept the offer, as all I need is one more move. He has no way of winning. He then said, and I quote: "last I checked and "ending" is considered a draw as well. I realize you only have only one more move...and I'll continue to have one more move as well until you accept draw. Doesn't matter to me, after a certain amount i've time of repetitive moves I'm able to claim victory. You might as well accept the draw...i'm not budging. sorry. when you have the option...you use it."
I don't know what to do, as I won't resign and I won't accept his offer of a draw too. So, is there anything that can be done to finish this game without me loosing or drawing to such a horrible and non-classy opponent?

Repetition of a position. If any identical position appears three times during a game, then the game can be claimed as a draw. Please note that each repetition must be identical with regards to en passant and castling availability. A draw can only be claimed along with a move that contributes to a repetition. Claiming after the repetition has occurred is not possible, unless the same position can be repeated again on a future move.

I guess recognizing that you lost is part of the game savoir-fare. There is no shame in loosing, mainly when you lost to an opponent who played you fair and square.
MAINLY when your name is "2aheadofou" - and you couldn't just live up to your own nickname, which no one forced you to to use here when you first registered.
