The person below me will saute onion garlic in olive oil and add 500grms chicken slices and cook through. Add a tin of peeled italian (roma) tomatoes simmer for ten-15mins add 200mls fresh cream slowly and a handful of fresh basil and half a ts salt. Simmer for 5mins and thicken a little with arrow root. serve with penne (pasta) drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with parmesan. mmmmmmm Dans Cream Chicken Penne

Arrow root is a thickening agent used to make sauces and thicker. A bit like cornflower.
