Before going to bed, take 2-3 Advil and drink a glass of water. Keep a water bottle by your bed so you can sip it as you wake from time to time during the night with the inevidable drunken drymouth.
I'm a small guy; 150 lbs. I don't ever drink. Last night I had 10 drinks and by noon today, I was feeling just dandy.
It takes a bit of planning but it works.
Originally posted by dmnelson84It's because you don't ever drink that you are ok today. Your liver can process all those toxins so easily because it is not normally under duress. Those who drink often put their liver in constant toxin removal and it doesn't quite cope with the additional top up. Which is why it takes longer to remove the crap from their system and they are , thus, hung over for longer periods of time.
