I have found, after much investigation, a good source of fresh sea food. The first order, from the new, supplier is scheduled to be delivered this morning. Chef, along with yours truly, are going to sample all the wares and will let you know the results. In the meantime,who wants what?

Everybody wouldn't agree with you on that. I think I have learned how to be more predictable by spending time with the family. No unnecessary surprises or twists, but loyalty and trust.
