Funny story. I (then anout 45) bought some Rum (for baking, no joke) and a clique of youngsters were around evidently trying to buy a bottle of something. So the cassier asked my rather loudly if she could see my ID to verify that I am of age...
It was a clever move by her to show them youngesters it was standard procedure 😉
