My dear VR. We are here, essentially, for the enjoyment of good food, drink and of course stimulating conversation. We care little how busy we are as our main goal is not to make money but to offer a haven from some of the less “loving” threads. A respite for some and I suspect that is why you show up here, every so often. Come, sit have a green tea and tell us how your day is going.👍

Time is no issue here - our customers enjoy the moment - carpe diem, as well as wine and in some cases green tea.

I made a mistake when I insinuated that a goal, though not the main goal, of this tavern was to make money. Money isn’t even on or will it ever, even be on our radar. Money here is never a problem as with me being the benefactor, there is an unending supply. Now as you passed on the tea, can we get you something else? Perhaps a nice clam chowder?🤔

LOL....First business not interested in making money, which is in itself very interesting!
