I had an MRI today, it's part of the age study I am involved in and privileged to be part of. I will have the results in a week. Sunday is the day when this study doesn't interfere with other activities. I am very pleased. And would like a glass of our best wine, please.

I got into eating tree nuts and peanuts partly for health reasons but also because I like them.
I buy cashews, mixed nuts and pistachios. they go great with yogurt, especially if they are salted.
