I even bought a second hand item, unassembled. The elderly lady that bought it wasn't able to assemble it. I offered to put it together for her for free
She said she'd called that shelf unit every name in the book when she was trying to assemble it, and she already bought another shelf for her cookbooks. She had over 500 cookbooks.
