I thought Bloody Mary was called just that because Queen Mary did not allow alcohol at some point for some reason.

Bloody Mary recipe
10 oz tomato juice
2-4 oz Vodka
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice ( or lime)
Dash Tabasco sauce
Celery salt, black pepper, salt
Ice
Traditional garnish is a celery stalk
I used to take a skewer and fill it with giant green olives
