That’s it. I love smoked salmon. My mum’s sister and brother-in-law were fishmongers in Edinburgh for years, having two shops and delivering too. They made a smoked salmon that had the Royal Seal of approval…whatever it’s called.

We call it cold smoked salmon and warm smoked salmon. Cold smoked is Lox I think. I will have warm smoked in my home today.
