We get, on average, about 7 a year around us and once in a while “in” us. I think I read somewhere where we may get up to 14 this year. We have basements...oh and insurance.👍

Yes, Lets hope none of those 14 hit you too hard. It seems when insurance has to paid out no matter what province all our insurances go up. Doesn't seem fair to me, but I guess everyone falls in the same boat.
