@very-rusty saidAs a child, I used to watch my parents play canasta with our neighbours - I learned the game that way. I think they stopped meeting over a game of canasta when television was introduced. My friends who are my age learned it from their parents.
We played canasta as young teenagers. Man that game been around for a long time. We already knew all the rules. I must admit it has been so long since I played I probably need the rules in front of me now or a quick explanation may do it. 🙂
