When I lived in Malmö, south of Gothenburg close to Copenhagen, there was a restaurant, The Mill, with an unusual concept. The customers did everything themselves except preparing the food. Excellent cook too.

Hmmm. My first “exposure” to Swedes was a girl I met in London (England) in the mid 60s and she was from Malmo. Lovely girl and lots of fun to boot. 👍 Somewhere I have pictures of her taken at Trafalgar Square. I think I’ll pull myself a pint and do some reminiscing.😁🍺

I just looked it up. It's so close that there is actually a bridge going from Malmö to Copenhagen. Cool city. :-)

Close to Gothenburg too, we can go by train. Copenhagen is a bit more continental than the rest of us Scandinavians. 🙂
