@torunn saidYes, especially when finding help of any kind is so difficult. As you know every employee has two sides with the other being a great attitude. You might be better served cross training your host and bus person staff. If servers can’t make salads then your understaffed and managers help or full in which these other two groups are free to help out where needed and you can save money😀! Kev would just daydream about the universe and you would just spend more time and money remaking his orders😇.
