Speaking of eating.🤔 My absence, over the past little while, had nothing to do with golf but with my trip to interview a new chef. I am pleased to announce that, starting this Monday, Gordon Ramsey will be who you hear swearing at his staff in the kitchen so please be patient.😲👍

We have to understand this is a Fantasy Tavern. What the chances of Gordon Ramsey even giving this place a second look. He probably spends next to no time on the internet. 🙂

Why do we have to understand that? 🙂 Truth is, the chances of Gordon Ramsey ever keeping his employment here are zero, he doesn't qualify. We don't approve of shouting and swearing chefs here. Not only would he scare the staff, but also customers and their pets. The Tavern would soon turn into a dilapidated place. Jamie Oliver perhaps? 🙂

Well he won’t be joining us on Monday.😢 He got wind of someone suggesting Jamie Oliver and in so many words (which I can’t repeat on here) told me where to put my offer.😲

Weather Update:
All our rain washed away most of the snow, and we are sitting at 0C. We had a lot of wind and rain yesterday still 5,000 customers without power in Nova Scotia. Again we got lucky and didn't lose ours.
