The people who bought the whole building decided to let the tavern stay where it is. They don't intend to interfere, this is simply an investment for them and we will stay in charge of the place as earlier.

We have another hurricane coming our way, but I think it is going to hit land in Maine so, we will get a lot of wind and rain out of this one, maybe lose our power.
