People who let the time drag out are about as small minded as you can get. I have a few who do this and it really irks me. When they take up to the last few hours I send a message. I AM GOING TO TAKE EVERY PIECE I CAN IF IT TAKES A YEAR. NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THE MATE. You would be surprised at the number that resign. I'm with you all the way. They are real sleeze.
although i remember playing someone in a tournament who commented on my genius at making the games boring by not moving enough. it was a 21/7, so i started to use my whole 3 weeks...
