ok ok let the simpson expert answer that one, like someone said before there is no real place but in one episode then homer pointed to maggie where they lived and he pointed to springfield IL, but then lissa walked infront of the "camera" (view) and said " thats not were we live, we live here" but they never truely tell we know for a fact its not springfield IL though

well which 1 do they live in?
Who reads the comics aswell?
I think that the Simpsons Comics are superior to Bart simpson Comics (exception of the one with Radioactive Man #1) and Futurama Comics.

OK, for all the dorks like me who stay up at night trying to figure out where Springfield is, here's all I know about it.
In the episode with the monorail, Lyle Lanly announces that he sold monorails to "Rockaway, Ogdenville, and North Haverbrook. And by gum it put them on the map." When he shows the map, Ogdenville is clearly in New Mexico. In the episode where The Simpsons get the horse "Duncan" at the state fair, one of the other competetors in the school band competition is from Ogdenville. Assuming that all the competitors in the State Fair band competition are in the same state, Springfield is in New Mexico. However, I am from New Mexico and there's no Springfield here.
In the "behind the laughter" episode, the narrator (in the end) says, "Yes, things sure have come a long way for this northern kentucky family." AHA! And in the episode where Marge gets all sugar products banned from Springfield, Burms says, "We're going to smuggle sugar from south of the boarder." And Homer responds, "You mean Tennessee?" AHA! It MUST be Kentucky. Except for one thing. The Simpsons' Springfield has a seaport and Kentucky's Springfield does not.
Therefore, the Simpsons' Springfield is everywhere and nowhere all at once. Keep watching!!
thats and easy one, C. Montgomery Burns. but the second questions is a little triky. I really dont think it was racist cause the got Dr. Hibbert and Apu are colored so...i really dont know. personaly i havent seen the one were hes colored but mabey it is racist because he is serving Mr. burns. well im stumped.
