Yes and Yes. I care, they care. And as you might have realized it is not an indiscriminate group hug. But hugs are important in some cases. And between boostered and tested persons with a low number of contacts it is also not very unreasonable.

I recently held a party where there was lots of hugging and kissing.
Of course I insisted all the guests were tested before attending.
