I think the whole thing is funny. 🙂
I mean I stated in my embryo post in TSTG that I didn't expect the thread to fly, but it did. It did better than any thread created by myself.
Why did it succeed?? I think it brought out the rebel in some posters. I mean a game created where the object is the gratuitous bumping of a thread, seems rebellious.
Somewhat like the rebel in Heaven wanted to be like God, this allowed us to be like Russ. Perhaps we then are the fallen Angels, and this is our Hell.
Ironic as the sticking of the sticky thread, perhaps I myself caused it to get stuck. I mean I used about 1000 lbs of Superglue.
In short and actuality, it was a system glitch of some sort that caused it. I have no ill feelings about it. I still have a twisted sense of humor, and love a good joke, and this was one of the best.
I'd like to thank the posters in TSTG, and thank the mods and admins for putting up with our fun.
