I don't believe that story at all, most modern, well regulated forums that I go to allow that AND pictures to be posted with no "mayhem".

I reckon these forums are simply very low on the agenda, priority-wise.

And I reckon that most General Forum posters are simply very low on class. And that is the reason for the "mayhem".
