The tournament, how about holidays?

One thing that should be taken in consideration, how do we deal with
holidays (and time-outs!)? I asked Fernando JP Vasquez if he will
play in the ROW-team. He hesitates because he's on holiday in july.
So am I, although I didn't worry up until now.

It's a good point. I already asked for Dave's opinion. I personally
think that we should instruct our teams to be flexible towards the
opponent if he announces his holiday on beforehand. And in general,
I would recommend to ask the 2 captains' opinion before taking a TO
win in all cases.

I sure hope that Fernando JP Vasquez will join in (as well as many
others, not limited to, but including the top ranked players).

I am in total agrement with Gil on this...when we start this match we
will post the pairings and a set of guidelines for T.O.s and such that
will be decided on by Gil and me....if anyone has questions on these
things they should contact their captain and we can solve it pretty
easily and fairly I would think.
