when me and my flat mates moved into our flat we didn't have a phone line so we decided to go with oneTell as then we didn't need to change phone line and it was the cheapest we could find that didn't chanrge too much of a disconnection fee.
it's a long and painful story, but the long and not-very-short of it is that 4 months later we finally got internet access. 🙄
