Because celticcountry asked so nicely, I am creating a weather thread. It has been drizzling all day in northern New Hampshire, USA. The sun is just starting to come out. It is 17.9 degrees C or 64.2 degrees F with a light breeze from the North. Pressure is 30.15 inches of mercury, humidity is down to 68% now. Tonights forecast is: Mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers early this evening, then becoming partly cloudy with patchy fog late. Lows in the upper 40s. North winds 5 to 10 mph.
Ask and you shall recieve Celticcountry

It has rained heavily for the last three days. Cold Rain, with a strong wind making things even more miserable. This summer we have had only two or three weeks of good sunny weather. The rest of the time it has rained. Which is ironic as we have been going through a drought these last 10 years. To add to the misery is the though of the upcoming winter season, and all the snow and minus thirty degree weather. Being the end of August the snow can appear at anytime, though most likely it won't stay, until at least October. In the mean time our expected average temerature would be in the low teens and below.
If I ever come into a large windfall of currency, I'll most definetely move to a warmer clime.

Well, I live in Florida, the Sunshine State. Right now it's slightly windy, with some drizzles of rain, and tomorrow we're expecting a little more rain and, oh yeah, a freaking hurricane.... Have a nice day. 🙂

Originally posted by CanadaguyIt's not that I don't see what you're saying, but you don't seem to get the meaning of the word home. I was born here in Florida, I was raised in Florida, and my heart is here, the same reason why people in Kansas stay in Kansas and people in Hawaii stay in Hawaii, and (more extremely) people in Iraq stay in Iraq. This is my home, please don't give me crap for that.

Edit: And you say the people you know in Florida are super nice people... is that despite the unfortunate fact that they live in Florida or something?.......
