Things I Like
The scent of an elegant lady's perfume by moonlight; the genuine expression of a man severely injured on some battlefield or deathbed; the trusting and inquisitive countenance of a child; the opportunity to trade ignorance for the discovery of knowledge; patient people who keep their word and are capable of forgiveness without strain; the color, texture and taste of the food chain; the occasional center board mate with a pawn; the rapture of books; the sound of my mother's voice; honesty and loyalty.

1: Scent of a woman by moonlight.
Are you in the habit of following woman around sniffing them?
Are you that guy in the checkout cue?
2: There is nothing pleasant or rewarding about looking at a dying man. I'm pretty sure that if you were bleeding to death and some sick f_cko sat staring and smiling idly at you, while offering no assistance, you'd see how cruel that is.
3: Trusting and Inquisitive countenance of children?! What are you doing to children to test this?!
More importantly, WHO the hell is allowing you anywhere NEAR their children?
4: "Patient people who keep their word and forgiveness"...
The 1960's called, they want their naivety back.
5: "The texture and taste of the FOOD CHAIN"?!
WTF?! Do you walk around licking / chewing on these posters? You know you can get really sick eating laminated paper right?
6: This one is forgiveable... Just barely. I'm sorely tempted to throw my chess board at you.
7: The Rapture of books... You mean the bible or all books?
I'd be rather scared if all of the books in the world started an apocalypse each...
8: Talk to you often, in your head, does she? Might want to double your dosage.
9: Honesty and loyalty? You're talking about the parents who haven't reported you to the police yet / or the children who haven't reported you to their parents yet?
How many bags of sweeties does it take to buy honesty and loyalty?

I like a look of Agony,
Because I know it's true—
Men do not sham Convulsion,
Nor simulate, a Throe—
The Eyes glaze once—and that is Death—
Impossible to feign
The Beads upon the Forehead
By homely Anguish strung."

your love for yourself, "One day I will be worshiped like the golden
god I am. Until then I make do with egocentric self-amusement and
ridiculing those lower than myself." What else do you like or love?

Mr. Smaug, you've previously demonstrated the fact that you never did have much

Where the hell is it considered CLASSY or TASTEFUL or REFINED to watch people dying?
You need to be banned. This is sick.
Originally posted by Grampy Bobbydo you really think Dickinson is saying she gets off on people's suffering? again, a superficial reading, and also betrays the fact that you're ripping off the ideas of other people without giving credit (again).

g.b. does the death thing only work for you if its soldiers, do you not get any pleasure from general death faces, ive been told children can really grasp the concept of their impending death as they lay on the road side after a car has made a jig-saw of their skull.
you can find honesty in faces in all sorts of places, you could look into the eyes of a dying soldier then pop over to his mothers house to tell her hes dead, then kick back and enjoy show, double whammy.
