I don't know the feeling of getting an arm ripped off, but I do know that scared $hi+l3$$ feeling of working as a sawyer. I did that same job in the 90's on machines that were c. pre WWII. I was freaked out most of the time I was on the job.

No big deal. Anyone, with a little practice, can survive their arm being cut off. It just takes practice, like everything else.

Sorry, you must be doing something wrong. Perhaps you're trying to think about this too much. The arms SHOULD come off...SHOULD come off. However, they should reattach with little or no crying like a
little wussy. That will make you a real man. Keep on practicing and never give up. Beware of alligator arms.
