In Australia "chardonnay drinker" or the usual form "chardonnay sipper" is a pejorative, applied by the general working populace to anyone who has an urban lifestyle and a high salary, or generally to anyone in the AB demographic.

Interestingly, half the population drink chardonnay sometimes, including some of the people who use the expression ...
