We just had some pizza for lunch today.

I've found that the key for me is really my activity level. As long as I get enough exercise I don't worry too much about what I eat. The last couple years I worked too hard to leave any time left for exercise.

Now that I'm playing lots of tennis I hope to drop this excess weight.
