I was just wondering what people thought about Tiger Woods apology. It seemed sincere to me but I wonder if he has an exaggerated impression of his importance. He seemed quite concerned that people who looked up to him no longer had any faith in him. It was touching that he showed concern about his children and wife. It's a pity that it was after the fact. Any thoughts, anyone?

Mea culpa distiguished itself from most in that it didn't place blame on anyone else. Purpose of it was most likely to absolve

Elin of any retaliatory wrongdoing per legal agreement. Media frenzy was pitiful but successful in gratifying human interest.

He's just another guy who was caught cheating on his wife and is now showing his puppy dog eyes as he says sorry. Yes, he is sorry, he's sorry he was caught.

There is possibly a queue forming behind him - English football captain, tv presenter... anyone else want to join onto the list and get it over with now?

I didn't think anything of it as it wasn't addressed to me, it was addressed to his sponsors.

I really don't know how to break this to you, but here it goes:
Men have not only the right but also the obligation to spread
their seed with as many females as possible. Henceforth, Tiger
showed a great deal of humanity when giving an unnecessary
apology
.

Are you posting from the kitchen? I hope so.

The manliest thing I do is to fix myself nacho platters.
Cutting the grass is too aggressive for my dry skin.

LOL!

Actually, I'm not so down on the man as I was right after the news broke. Tiger has obviously spent time in rehab thinking about his situation and what led to his behavior and the consequences thereof (to all involved). I'm hopeful that he can come out of this a better man.

We could all use a great big dose of substantial introspection.

There wasn't even too many eye brows raised when Presidents Kennedy, and Clinton strayed.

What is all the noise about?

Go back to your potting shed and don't come out until you are called for dinner. You can then read your newspaper before you go to bed. 😛

ps I don't need any education about men, I live with one. 😉
pps I'm not posting from the kitchen, I am in my cosy living room - he is in the kitchen 😏
