Not if you have lots of other games to move in. Some people play hundreds of games - they probably won't even notice if their opponent doesn't move for a few weeks in some of them.

I am currently very chess-unmotivated, so I am quite happy when my opponents move very slowly. I am playing some VERY slow friendly games - in one of them my opponent hasn't moved for more than two months.
