Time Outs - a thought.

There will always be a few who will 'abuse' T/O's - and for abuse also
read 'take advantage of'. . The expression "Let The Buyer Beware"
springs to mind. - ie - check the T/O before accepting.
Anyway, on a constructive note --

How about the facility to advise when you will be away/unable to move
etc in the form of a table.

It means a bit of work for Chris/Russ but the facility to simply add
your name to a table with start and end dates of the time you won't
be able to move.
Not sure how this will look on the site but....

Just an idea.

I know it won't stop abuse but at least everyone can see who is unable
to move.

Yes, (more work for Chris/Russ), when the claim T/O appears on
the 'your games page' there could be a symbol indicating to
look/check out the "Don't Time Me Out" table.

This is in fact not a bad idea. I have considered all kinds of solutions,
and this one is easier to implement than most. Or maybe it is just
that I have got back from the pub and everything seems like a great
idea. (Note to everyone, ignore all I say on Thursday evenings)

Seriously though, this IS a good idea. Stay tuned.

I would prefer to receive a message that tells me This game has
been set to 3 day Timeout. And that is all, . I lost some games
because didnt know was playing 3 days timeout.

Like I keep saying, don't you guys check out a challenge before
acceptinga game ?

I f you know is it 3 days timeout and you cant play within 3 days, you
know you lose and dont feel bad about it. It is what I think.

Anyway the problem is to get costumed about checking, dont check
but I will have to....
