Time outs

I started a game with a 7 day time out and it changed to 9 days when
the server was down a lot. The new server is up and running now and
the last move was after the server had been fixed can it not go back
to a 7 day time out. As the rule of a seven day time out was aranged
at the beggining to the game and the opponent has not moved in
that time should i not goe the win??

thanks i have looked at the site. It has not worked today at 12.59 i
should have been allowed to time out my opponent but i an still not
allowed.
